Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (200 g) table cream
- 1 cup passion fruit juice (preferably concentrated)
Optional topping:
- 1 fresh passion fruit (pulp and seeds)
Instructions

Blend the ingredients
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, table cream, and passion fruit juice. -
Blend until smooth
Blend for about 30–60 seconds until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. -
Pour into serving dishes
Divide the mousse into small dessert cups or a large serving bowl. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, until the mousse is firm. -
Add topping (optional)
Spoon fresh passion fruit pulp over the mousse before serving for extra flavor and a beautiful presentation.
Tips for the Perfect Mousse

If using fresh passion fruit, strain the pulp to make juice for the mousse base.
