The Traditional Coil – Spicy sausages follow the same receipt as the Traditional Mild. The difference is that on this one, we add a generous amount of Malagueta Peppers, a hot pepper common in Brazil, and known to many other cultures in Europe and Africa. You may know it as Piri-Piri peppers
